Getting in
Check-in is from 15:00. Message Alit on WhatsApp when you leave the airport, he'll meet you at the villa gate. Early arrival? We'll store your bags and you're welcome at the pool while housekeeping finishes.
Wi-Fi & workspace
Network VillaAstu. The password is on the card beside the router (and in your welcome message). Fibre line, solid for calls; the desk faces the garden.
The pool, river & nature
The pool is open all hours and cleaned each morning, there's no gate, so keep an eye on little ones. After heavy rain the river runs high and loud; it's part of the villa's soundtrack. Bug spray and mosquito coils are under the kitchen sink; evenings by the water are when you'll want them.
Around the villa
The neighbourhood dogs are protective of their own gates; walk the lane calmly and they lose interest. Morning offerings (canang sari) appear on the ground; please step around them. Sunset at Munggu Beach is a ten-minute scooter ride you shouldn't miss.
House things
AC remotes live beside the bed; the skylight blind pole stands in the wardrobe. Drinking water refills are free; swap the gallon by the kitchen. Laundry, massages and scooters are one tap away in Add-ons.

Message the team first; WhatsApp is fastest, or use the report form on the main site. For anything urgent after 22:00 call Alit directly; the number is in your welcome message.
Emergencies
Ambulance/fire/police: 112. Nearest 24h clinic: The Medical Bali, Pererenan (20 min). Nearest hospital: RSUD Tabanan (30 min). The first-aid kit hangs inside the wardrobe door.
